Papa and Grandma Kolias came over today for brunch. I must say my daddy sure can make a mean eggs benedict. After we ate, I went cruising in my Jeep. I make it look good, don’t I? Don’t leave the gate open or I might hit the open road.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone that came over for my birthday get together Saturday. I always enjoy seeing you guys and really felt the love. And, of course, thanks for the presents. I think daddy and mommy have finally finished putting everything together. I think they secretly enjoy all the pieces – the more the merrier I think. Boxes are everywhere still.
If anyone has any pictures or video from the get together, please share them with me and email them to me at prkolias@gmail.com or send them on CD to me.

Today there were two more birthdays to make not of…..Alyssa Zavala turned the big 1. Her brother is my homie, Jandro. Also celebrating a birthday is Grandma Linda. She turns the big ?????? I wouldn’t do that to you Grandma Linda. You both should head to the Waffle House for your birthday meal – tell ’em Parker sent you.

So after the Waffle House, my daddy and I cruised on down to the
Dallas World Aquarium. I’ve been down there before, but my daddy hasn’t so I thought it would be some good quality time. It was as cool as it was when Grannie and Patricia took me except this time, I got to tell my daddy all about the fish and animals there. Not only do they have fish there, but they have spiders, snakes, birds, and monkeys. Daddy says one of the monkeys was named Parker, but I told him it was named daddy.
Off to Chuck E Cheese in a little bit b/c I rule the day.

Okay, so my day started out with a great meal from the world famous Waffle House. My dad says there is no other treat to the palate like it on the planet. He said not to worry about the 2 inches of grease on the grill because that is where the taste comes from. And I think I see my first chest hair – daddy said it would put hair on my chest.
And Willie is a culinary god. He’s the guy behind the counter. He was cooking like five plates at a time and yelling out “pick up” when he was done. Then, he came over to make sure everything was cooked okay and of course it was perfect. I may have met my role model. Do I have what it takes to be a Waffle House chef??? Stay tuned for the rest of my life to see.
Oh and everyone kept hitting me up on the cell wishing me a happy birthday. That’s the Blackberry Pearl – that’s how I roll.

….it’s my birthday, too….happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me…..go ahead shorty, it’s my birthday, we gonna party like it’s my birthday….
That’s right, I am 3 years old today! I have already learned about a birthday week b/c I did not go to school yesterday and I’m not going today and I won’t be going for the rest of the week. Birthdays rock. I am also throwing a party Saturday at my folks house around 5p so feel free to drop by. Just let one of us know by sending an email to one of the below emails. Not sure all I am doing today, but I will post later to let you know.

I came across this article on what it costs to raise a child. I question some of these costs b/c it isn’t like mommy and daddy weren’t going to eat anyway or have to have a place to live. It’s not like I eat a lot or take up a lot of space. Yeah, I may have a toy or two hundred, but I’m sure the folks got them on sale, right? Hmmm, maybe those numbers aren’t too far off afterall.

Just wanted to give you guys a quick shot of what my school room looks like and my crew I roll with.We are at the bottom right – Adi, Jazmine, and me. Jandro was playing hooky that day. We like to hang out in our circle. Everyone knows that is our turf.
I should be moving rooms at the end of the month. I hear I am moving 2 or 3 classes up because I am potty trained, but not sure yet. I don’t want to really leave my homies, but I don’t think they are all 100% potty trained. I have been doing good with the training. I did have one accident yesterday, but that was because we were outside. I guess I could have done like daddy does in the backyard – don’t tell him I told you that.
